When experiencing trouble with the in-app setup of your iseeBell product, first make sure you’re entering your Wi-Fi password correctly.
If you are connecting to the correct network and entering the correct password, your iseeBell Device might not have a strong enough connection to your Wi-Fi router.
Your Wi-Fi network may have also have appeared with a poor signal indicator like the one below during the setup process. This is another indicator of a weak signal from your iseeBell device to your router.
If possible, repeat the in-app setup closer to your router
For any product (which you won’t be able to do this with), try repeating the in-app setup in the same room as your router.
Extending your network
If performing the in-app setup closer to your router succeeds, you may need to increase the range of your Wi-Fi network. This can most easily be accomplished with a Wi-Fi signal extender, which extends your Wi-Fi signal to your iseeBell devices. Click here to learn more about Wi-Fi Extender.
If possible, you can also try installing your iseeBell Product closer to your Wi-Fi router or explore possible sources of Wi-Fi interference such as large appliances, or other wireless or cordless products that may be affecting the signal.
