If you recently encountered the "device is offline" problem and have gotten a Wi-Fi extender to solve it, here's a guide on how to switch from one network to another with little effort.
1. You may have already mounted at your front door, so your device is like this:
The call button is blinking white light indicating that your iseeBell Doorbell has lost the internet connection from your router. You will need to bring it indoor again and have it connect to the power adapter near your router. The iseeBell doorbell is supposed to automatically reconnect to your router. So you will find the call button light blinking in blue like this:
2. Install and setup your Wi-Fi range extender following the instruction. Test the password and Internet connection with your phone just to make sure you have the valid password for the Wi-Fi extender.
3. Now open the iseeBell app and enter the Live View. Select the Gear sign ⚙️ on the top right, and select the "WIFI SETTING". It will take a while to scan all the available network near your iseeBell and select your Wi-Fi extender's network name from the list. Enter the password and your iseeBell is now connecting to your extender.
4. Now you can mount your iseeBell to your door again and plug your Wi-Fi extender in an outlet near your door.
