The live feed is totally free. You can enjoy it no matter where you are, as long as your phone/tablet is connecting to the WiFi or cellular data.
You obviously don't need a paid cloud service, but you need to download the iseeBell app from IOS App store or Google Play Store and created an account with iseeBell.
