So if you find yourself not able to log in to your iseeBell account thus lose the access to your device. Here what you should do:
1. Forget password?---> Click me
2. Forget Account? You need to Email email@example.com your device S/N (serial number) and a request statement to reset the device so you can use a new account to set your device up. You can find the S/N (numeric characters) either on the back of the device itself or on the package if you still keep it.
3. You know your account and password, just want to transfer your device to another account. You can follow these steps:
- a. tap Settings icon on the device that you want to transfer
- b. tap REMOVE DEVICE and confirm to REMOVE
- c. log in to another account and follow the in-app setup to add your device
